The Doodle Bar is a bar and events space where people have the freedom to enjoy a good scribble, play a game of ping pong, peruse the market and enjoy some street food. 

  • Screen Printing Workshop

    Come and learn to screen print in a fun and friendly class with Nicole Line. This will be a nice opportunity to make some Christmas pressies! She will teach you the basics and you will get a chance to experiment with printing onto fabric and paper. Nicole will provide all materials but do bring along any extra items that you would like to print onto - clothing, fabrics, note books, canvas etc. 

  • To Be Honest

    'To Be Honest' is a seven day festival that aims to unfold truth through accumulating layers of manufactured facts of unknown validity. Organised by the oA (of Alternatives), a young artist collective on behalf of the Architectural Association Interprofessional Studio. Expect a program of workshops, talks discussions, screenings, live performances of dance, poetry, music and comedy, open cinema and an exhibition. More info coming soon...

  • Wood Engraving Workshop

    Learn to engrave wood blocks and create beatiful prints with them, with creative arts teacher Nicole Line. Materials will be provided. Click here for tickets and more info. 

  • Macrame Workshop

    Come and learn the ancient art of Macrame. In this class you will learn the four main macrame knots that will give you the knowledge to create a variety of wall hanging designs. All materials will be provided and you will get to go home with a wonderful macrame ready to hang on your wall. 

  • Spanish Film Night: Julieta

    Join us and Battersea Spanish for a journey to Spain with a screening of Pedro Almodovar's Julieta. Be transported to with live music from flamenco experts Ulises Diaz-Ropero and Jorge Bravo and delicious spanish food.


  • Batik workshop

    Explore the art of Batik - an ancient textile technique where hot wax is applied to fabric using a tool called a tjanting. Coloured dyes are then painted onto the fabric and the lines of wax resist the colour, creating striking designs. Artist Rhian Sutcliffe will guide you through the process explaining ancient and contemporary techniques. 

  • Viaje a Las Alturas Exhibition

    Argentinan photographer Ceci Babilani invites you to participate in her exhibition Viaje a Las Alturas - which she translates as Traveling Through Northern Altitudes. Whilst visiting the northern states of Argentina she decided to only take a photo when something made her feel an emotion. She will invite you to share how you respond emotionally to her beautiful images by writing your feelings on a post it note. Exhibition will run until Sunday 23rd April. Free entry.
